I know that this has been answered already, but thought I'd toss out
dimensions for my early #1 (Logos are logo TmA.1 (circa 1872 - 1874), on
the blade and chip breaker)

Stanley #1 Cap Iron to Blade screw dimensions

Head OD 0.49 to 0.52, call it 0.5"
Head height 0.16"
Slot width 0.055"
Slot depth 0.125"
threaded length 0.182"
Thread OD 0.31"
18 TPI
